The Way of Oneness

Salt Spring Island is well-known for its wild, un-tamed, & natural way of life. Being a retreat hosted by its island habitants, we would like to welcome you to this container where you can experience the many joys of this island, while taking part in a variety of daily meditations, classes, & other offerings to bring wholeness of one-self.
With a multi-disciplinary schedule of practices which include yoga, qi gong, primordial breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and the yoga of voice (kirtan).
